We recently spotted Toby among the pigs on his adoptive parents’ farm. Mum, Anita tells us how he’s been getting on there:

“Ours is a free-range for pigs and cattle plus we grow strawberries, so Toby soon had to learn to listen & behave after his arrival!😅
I recall his first 9 hr-day, he was exhausted, after a week he was glad I was there to look after him. After some training he quickly became very much My boy. He follows me everywhere, he jumps onto my ATV bike and stays on it while I’m busy, just watching us all work. Toby knows when it’s safe to join in, in between riding on tractors and running around with the piglets. He checks all the livestock and staff with me! 😉

When it’s too cold or he’s exhausted he becomes an office pug, accompanying Dad who runs a photography business. You can imagine how popular Toby is with his many friends looking forward to seeing him there, and to play with him.

He came to us with some issues as you’d expect facing a brand new environment, and never liked cars on the street, but it isn’t often he has to deal with that. He loves country life and recently had a beach adventure, enjoying coastal walks with doggie friends. We love him so much and occupy every minute he’s awake. We cuddle and sleep with Toby at night, who wouldn’t?  We thank you PDWRA for Tobylicious, he’s absolutely delicious!” 😍😘🐾
