Our Busy Mega-Auction needs Volunteers!
We are looking for Volunteer Fundraising Assistants!
Working closely and co-operatively within a small team of trusted volunteers, you will be helping with the administration and coordination of activities in our extremely busy & successful, Mega-Auction Facebook Group (MA):
- Familiar with Managing a Facebook Group and according to the MA Rules, regarding member bid and donation processes to codes of conduct.
- Posting Lot items, making them appealing from photographs used and accompanying descriptions with appropriate durations for bidding on Lots or purchasing raffle tickets.
- Managing closing times for bidding or sales, announcing winners and the payment process via Paypal.
- You may be willing to receive and store boxes of auction items, to then be packed and posted out to recipients and tracked for confirmation of receipt.
- Accurate record keeping will be required as instructed during training.
