The PDWRA are very pleased to announce our new working relationship with Agria Pet Insurance. Going forward, all PDWRA adoptions will be offered with 5 weeks free insurance from Agria.
This offer applies to all newly-adopted pugs, whatever their age, and covers our adopters so that they can take their time in deciding which company to insure with long-term.
If an adopter decides to stay with Agria after the end of their free period, they can take advantage of their competitive policies for peace of mind. Agria is committed to supporting animal charities and we’re grateful for their help.
Specifics to be aware of regarding Agria Pet Insurance 5 weeks free cover:
- Insurance is available for all pugs from 8 weeks old – irrelevant of age
- All illnesses, accidents or injuries are covered up to £5000
- The PDWRA will receive a donation for all full year polices taken out (following the 5 weeks free cover)
- There is a £175 excess applied to any claim within the 5 weeks free policy and a liability to pay 20% of the balance
Agria will make direct contact with the adopter regarding continuing the cover – the adopter can opt out via our Adoption Agreement Form or simply has to say no when contacted by Agria. The policy then ends after the free 5-week period.
