Freddie is a wonderful nine-year-old neutered black male who was surrendered to us following a change in his owner’s circumstances. Freddier is a lovely, happy boy and is in very good health. His world revolves around food, but no surprise there, he’s a pug after all! 💖
Freddie really loves a stroke and a belly rub and knows several commands, such a wait, sit and paw. He loves to do zoomies around the lounge and play chase, although his favourite room in the house is the kitchen, always ready for the chance of a quick snack – he will probably try and get in the dishwasher to lick the plates if you are loading and leave the door open! 🥣🍴
As anyone who has met a black pug will know, they can be cheeky, loving and stubborn. Freddie is certainly no exception to this and will be your table surfer if you leave your chairs out! 🍕🍗

Freddie likes all people and small dogs, although he’d not too keen on larger dog breeds and can sometimes bark at them when on lead.
Freddie can guard his food, or any food that falls onto the floor. For this reason, we will only consider homes where any resident children are teenagers and have an understanding not to compete for any food that has fallen on the floor. Also for this reason, Freddie needs to be the only dog in the home. He is a lovely amenable boy when guidance around food is followed.
Freddie will thrive best in a home with firm, fair, consistent owners who will not let Freddie rule the roost – give him an inch and he’ll take a mile! Tick those boxes and you’ll have a great companion. 🐶
Freddie loves an outdoor adventure and is still very active. He loves his walks in the woods, wet sand beaches and car journeys, and he loves chasing his ball and bringing it back. He is happy to explore new places with his people, good off the lead and travels really well in a crate. 🎾
