We are having an increasing number of pugs surrendered into our care, which includes those who have significant mobility issues, along with incontinence.
These special pugs require long-term (forever) foster homes that can provide the necessary care required. The home needs to be where someone is at home the majority of time, and be dedicated and committed to what can be very challenging, yet highly rewarding.
As PDWRA remain owners of the pug, we will support, advise and be responsible for all of the pug’s veterinary needs and costs.

If you live anywhere in Wales, we are in need of adoptive homes for pugs surrendered in the region. Whether this would be a new consideration, or you could enhance your present grumble, we would love to hear from you!
The joy and satisfaction that rescued pugs can bring to your lives is priceless, as so many happy stories, featured here, show.

Here’s PDWRA adopted Wilson enjoying one of his many scenic walks in his brand-new harness! 😍
He happily accompanies his parents on many outdoor adventures all around the UK, though he’s been a little uninspired during the recent/current storms! He did make it reluctantly to the park today!
