Postage, Packing and Shipping Overseas

These charges will depend upon the goods being sent, and you will be advised of the transit costs with your order. We endeavour to keep these charges as small as possible, but we do need to cover our handling/posting costs. These costs vary according to our costs involved, so will be determined for you on receipt of your order. For example, if we put a charge on every item and you ordered many irems, you could end up paying costly P&P charges; therefore in such circumstances we can cost your P&P charges for your complete order, which would be cheaper than charging for each individual item.

Our goal is for you to be as comfortable shopping here as you would be shopping at your favourite shop. Please note that various good and services available for sale on the Internet may be prohibited in your area.

We do not store your details, so each time you use this store you will need to provide your details again. Your email address may be the only item stored so that we can provide a follow up or 'special offers' service to you. We are a registered charity and all proceeds go to the charity.

We are sorry about the high cost of postage; we try to keep it as low as possible and only use second class post unless specifically asked not to. Sometimes, multiple orders work out cheaper, so speak to Alison.
